Enterprise Sales Representative

The Role
What You'll Do:
- Deliver compelling solution presentations to customers, partners, and prospects, differentiating from others.
- Evaluate customer requirements, assess met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions optimizing value for both the customer and the company.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Account Service, or Partners to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
- Secure commitments from technical staff to ensure deals without technical issues.
- Achieve assigned targets for profitable revenue growth in assigned product lines, markets, or channels.
- Stay updated on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services, providing technical insights to the company and partners.
- Coach partners to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Ideal Profile
Basic Qualifications You Need to Get:
- Degree or higher.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
- Solid technical expertise.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRM or Marketing Automation System is a plus.
- Fluent English and Cantonese communication skills with good written skills; Mandarin is a plus.
- Good business sense.
- Proactive communication with other departments.
- Required travel overseas.
