Customer Service Officer

We have four key business areas: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, and Retail Banking & Strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service through accurate and efficient counter transactions at branch and assist team for transactions checking.
- Meet the financial services needs of customers by identifying opportunities and referring them to appropriate bank colleagues.
- Promote digital banking services and products and encourage customers to migrate to digital.
- Assist Assistant Branch Managers in leading and mentoring team and handle administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth branch operations and achieve satisfactory audit rating by meeting all control and service requirements.
- Ensure compliance of both general and anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing compliance controls in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies.
- Multiple work locations available across branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon, and New Territories.

- Manage and maintain high-quality relationships with customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is an asset.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.
- Mandarin is an advantage.
