About the Role
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Officer/Customer Officer at HKT.
Job Description
- To handle customer telephone/online platform inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
- To identify opportunities to upsell or retain customers, providing them with personalized solutions and exceptional service.
- To address customer complaints professionally and efficiently, escalating complex cases to the Unit Manager when necessary.
- To adhere to established procedures and workflows, delivering high-quality results and maintaining a follow-up and follow-through approach.
- To maintain a deep understanding of company policies, guidelines, and procedures, ensuring compliance and adhering to industry standards.
- To stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and trends, utilizing this expertise to enhance daily duties and drive business growth.
- To perform additional tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Requirements
- A minimum HKCEE/HKDSE graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English, with a clear and friendly tone.
- A customer-centric mindset, proactive attitude, and eagerness to help and sell.
- Knowledge of mobile products and services, as well as proficiency in common PC software applications.
- The ability to work shifts for 48 hours per week, including flexibility in scheduling.
- Knowledge of the Hong Kong market and telecommunications industry is an advantage.
What We Offer
- An estimated annual salary of $250,000-$320,000, depending on experience.
