Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at HKT. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers regarding policy application status, product information, and claims issues.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints independently and conduct administrative tasks as needed.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service standards.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • A higher diploma or associate degree in any discipline.
  • Passed IIQE Paper 1 and 3 (Paper 2 is an advantage).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or the insurance industry.
