Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound/outbound customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving 100% of client issues.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify potential business opportunities through customer interactions.
- Provide expert knowledge on products and services, handling product enquiries and enrollment from online to offline platforms.
- Deliver exceptional after-sales services, including confirmation calls, service calls, and cross-selling opportunities during service calls.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, assisting in sales deal processing and follow-up activities.
- Support sales channels and collaborate with face-to-face teams to drive business growth.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, promoting service-to-sales strategies to generate profits.
- Assist in executing ad-hoc staff engagement projects, such as post-sales call and retention programs.
- Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for management review.
- A competitive salary range of HK$25,000 - HK$35,000 per month (based on experience).
- 5 days and 40 hours of work per week, with shift duties from Monday to Saturday.
