Job Summary
A highly experienced International Sales Director is sought by DHR Global to spearhead business development efforts outside the United States. The successful candidate will lead a team of 8 in sales and product development/sourcing, reporting to the General Manager in China and collaborating with leadership teams in the USA and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for the sales channel, aiming to accelerate growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements to ensure their needs are met and establish new customer relationships.
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships effectively, focusing on quality.
  • Add value to growth activities through identifying new commercial opportunities and managing marketing efforts.
  • Promote and expand the company's commercial activities, generating revenues and sustainable growth.
