The company DHR Global is seeking an experienced international sales director to spearhead their business development efforts outside the United States. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience in selling consumable products in the consumer goods industry.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for the sales channel, aiming to accelerate growth and meet customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities, including expansion and business development.
  • Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are met and for new customers, establishing needs and requirements.
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships effectively, with a focus on quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, monitoring growth, and developing relevant and related networks internally and externally. They will also collaborate with the leadership teams in the USA and Europe to shape and deliver the company's vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement commercial strategies for the sales channel, according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities, including expansion and business development.
  3. Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are met and for new customers, establishing needs and requirements.
  4. Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships effectively, with a focus on quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of P&L and ROI, demonstrated results driving significant, consistent YOY sales growth, and proven experience in sales and marketing and managing relationships with key clients.
