Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Development Director for our Food & Hospitality Exhibitions division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, account management, and strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the food and hospitality industries
  • Manage and retain existing customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Utilize data analytics and market research to inform sales decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from any discipline
  • At least 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the food and hospitality sectors
  • Digital-savvy, open-minded, and strong resilience
  • Experience managing relationships with international customers across various regions and cultures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce CRM
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
