You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve annual targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners and end users
- Exploring and capturing new business opportunities to increase revenue growth
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives
- Bachelor's degree holder in electrical engineering or related disciplines
- 8+ years relevant experience in the related electrical or mechanical industries
- Solid experience in General Trade Retail and distribution management is a must
- Proven track record in business development that successfully contributes to new and sustainable businesses
- Energetic, result-driven, and highly self-motivated with a positive attitude & can-do energy
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills. Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken; Mandarin is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
