Job Overview

The Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving hotel revenue and profitability through effective budgeting, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization techniques.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in preparing the annual revenue budget and business plan that maximizes revenue and profitability.
  2. Work closely with the Group Director of Revenue and Distribution to determine appropriate pricing strategies and distribution channels for the group hotels.
  3. Optimize revenue by setting and effectively managing room rates and inventory.
  4. Track competitive pricing and stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitors' performance.
  5. Analyze hotels' revenue statistics, market trends, and competitors' performance to forecast demand, identify revenue opportunities, and implement or adjust pricing and inventory strategies.
  6. Prepare revenue reports for performance analysis, provide insights on market demand and trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Actively manage relationships with third-party online intermediaries, especially OTAs and regional travel agents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality management, business management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of hotel revenue management experience.
  • Excellent understanding of revenue management principles, market and pricing dynamics; strong analytical and numerical skills; detail-oriented with the ability to present ideas and strategies clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in MS Office and revenue management systems and tools.
