Culinary Operations Role
At the Rosewood Hotel Group, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. Our Culinary Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in this endeavor, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food preparation section.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage the assigned section of the kitchen, optimizing efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef to ensure adherence to high culinary standards, company policies, and Standard Operating Procedures
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce food and operating costs, minimizing waste
• Train and mentor culinary associates, equipping them with necessary skills for success
• Flexibly work across different kitchen sections as needed or at the request of senior chefs
• Oversee sanitation standards in the kitchen, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
• Regularly inspect and maintain operating and kitchen equipment, preventing breakdowns and promoting efficiency

What You Need
• A diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (advantageous)
• At least three years of experience in the hospitality, catering, baking, and food production industry
• Proficiency in English, with additional language skills in Putonghua and Cantonese beneficial
• Strong professional demeanor, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to resolve problems effectively
