As a Help Desk Professional at GL Technologies (Hong Kong) Limited, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users experiencing technical difficulties. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues will enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to devices, software, and networks
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of combined work experience and higher education
- English language proficiency
Desirable qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent
- End-user device support and troubleshooting experience
- Technical support experience in a fast-paced customer-centric environment
- Hardware and software troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Collaborative team player
