About the Position

We're seeking a dedicated Help Desk Team Lead to join our team at Pinpoint Asia. This role involves providing IT support to senior executives in a leading financial institution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of IT support specialists, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Provide top-tier IT support to senior executives, ensuring seamless technical operations.
  • Configure and maintain workstations, mobile devices, and meeting room technology.
  • Proactively identify and resolve IT issues to prevent service disruptions.
  • Support audio-visual and conferencing systems for high-profile events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to deliver robust tech solutions.
  • Educate users on IT tools and security best practices.
  • Apply security updates to devices, adhering to company policies.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in IT or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, including 1+ year working with executives.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and other ITSM tools.
  • Expertise in hardware, software, mobile devices, and networks.
  • Experience with AV and video conferencing setups.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, SharePoint, and Intune.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.
  • Proven discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with leadership.
  • Ability to work independently with high service standards.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and incident management principles.
  • Attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
