Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to colleagues and visitors, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and organization.
  • Assist with meeting coordination and hospitality support, including ordering office supplies and managing meeting room bookings.
  • Communicate effectively with internal colleagues and external vendors, building strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
