We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative - Front Desk Assistant to join our team in our Admiralty office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing front-of-house operations, and performing various duties to ensure seamless day-to-day activities.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive support services to clients and staff.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries are managed efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange meeting rooms as needed.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory levels to maintain an efficient work environment.
  • Assist with corporate document execution and filing processes.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders.
  • Other tasks assigned by management may include arranging travel and accommodations for team members, coordinating catering services, and maintaining a well-organized pantry stock.
Requirements
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible attitude, and a high level of responsibility.
  • Presentation of self must be professional and friendly, with the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive approach to existing working practices is essential.
  • A good command of English and Cantonese or Mandarin is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing is necessary.
  • Previous office experience would be beneficial but not necessary. Immediate availability is preferred.
