Position
As a key representative of Louis Vuitton Malletier, you will embody the Brand's values and ensure that every client is treated with exceptional care and respect. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve individual and team objectives
- Welcome and engage with clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Provide expert advice on Brand products and services
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, leveraging various clienteling tools to foster Brand loyalty
- Collaborate with the team to achieve store objectives and contribute to a positive work environment
- Stay up-to-date with Brand and product knowledge to provide informed guidance to clients
Requirements and Competencies
- Passion for the retail or service industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relations skills
- Client-centric, proactive, and positive approach
- Strong team player with high motivation and ability to work under pressure
- Sense of responsibility and ownership
- Passion for the Brand and fashion
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
