About This Role
This position supports front-end customer managers in coordinating institutional client needs, exploring demands, and assisting with front-end tasks. It involves maintaining daily client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients by front-end customer managers.
- Organize client information, manage CRM systems, document client records, and analyze regional business development data.
- Act as the primary daily contact for global clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with internal departments to gather competitor dynamics and user product requirements, and provide progress updates to research and development teams.
- Manage the client lifecycle, monitor daily client churn, and drive front-end recall efforts.
- Collaborate with front-end customer managers on regular customer care initiatives, customize gifts, and holiday greetings to enhance customer loyalty.
- Prepare and follow up on business negotiation contracts and related matters.
Requirements
- Background in finance, economics, management, or familiarity with the Web3.0 industry. Candidates with high net worth business experience in financial institutions and no experience in the Crypto industry may have relaxed conditions. Outstanding fresh graduates will be considered.
- Detail-oriented, practical, strong execution and learning abilities, and strong teamwork skills.
- Overseas study or work experience, fluency in written and spoken English, and a global perspective.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with traditional finance and Crypto trading is a plus.
- Prior knowledge of asset management and financial risk control legal awareness is preferred.
