Job Description

This role involves proactively identifying and closing sales opportunities with institutional clients across Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of capital markets and financial products. They will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and monitor the business environment to generate new ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and close sales opportunities with institutional clients in APAC
  • Support existing and acquire new clients through various channels
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on investment banks, asset managers, and asset owners in APAC
  • Lead and execute sales projects, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to drive growth
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Research teams in Frankfurt and Toronto
Requirements
  • Academic degree with a focus on finance or a related field
  • Relevant experience in institutional sales, preferably with an existing client network
  • Strong knowledge of investment banks and ETFs, with a specialization in APAC markets
  • Native-level command of Japanese and excellent English skills
  • Competent in handling MS-Office applications
  • Structured working style with a focus on independence and precision
  • Self-confidence and team orientation
