Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales professional to join our team in Hang Seng Investment Management Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our institutional client base across various regions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to expand our institutional client base, focusing on new business development and relationship management.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to identify client opportunities and execute client and business development plans.
- Deepen relationships with existing clients and expand new relationships with prospects to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Grow our institutional client base, both in terms of client segment and geographical location.
- University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related discipline, or other relevant qualifications.
- At least 6 years' relevant experience in the financial industry, with a proven track record in institutional business development and sales.
- Good understanding of institutional clients' demands and market trends.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of financial products, excellent presentation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese.

- An estimated annual salary range of HK$800,000 - HK$1,200,000 depending on experience.
