Key Responsibilities

The Senior Executive, Projects will be responsible for:

  • Managing and monitoring renovation/asset enhancement works.
  • Conducting diagnostic and feasibility studies on retail properties.
  • Handling tendering and appointment of consultants, designers, architects, contractors, service providers, etc.
  • Supervising performance of site progress through regular meetings and on-site inspections to review quality of workmanship and compliance with specifications.
  • Working within deadlines.
  • Handling ad-hoc assignments as requested.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines.
  • Membership of HKIS / RICS or equivalent accredited organization is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience in renovation/A&A and fitting out works with retail mall experience.
  • Familiarity with statutory submission requirements and procedures.
  • Good project management, consultants' coordination, construction supervision, contract administration, and communication skills.
  • Team player with a high level of responsibility and commitment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
