As a key member of our team at Dah Sing Bank, you will play a vital role in driving new business growth and strengthening customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets assigned by management;
- Conduct proactive outbound calls to customers and invite them to open new bank accounts, including securities/investment accounts, VIP Banking, and YOU Banking;
- Ensure the activation of securities/investment accounts by inviting customers to perform their first investment transaction;
- Successfully onboard activated accounts to Sky RM units for further relationship management;
- Cross-sell other products as directed by the Bank and create referrals to branch colleagues or other departments as necessary;
- Maintain accurate records using prevailing branch systems;
- Uphold the Bank's brand image by conducting tasks professionally and interacting with customers courteously;
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant services within your capacity, referring complex issues to relevant parties when necessary;
- Participate in local promotional activities to promote the Bank's products and services.
Requirements:
- A university degree or secondary education with 2 years' experience in banking frontline customer service;
- Passes in HKSI paper 1, 7 & 8, holders of IIQE paper 1, 2 & 3 have an advantage;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills;
- Estimated annual salary: $240,000 - $360,000.
