Job Description

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team at Unity Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

 

About the Role:

  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets by selling core products and services to customers in the Public Sector.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to identify potential growth areas and drive sales growth.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and referrals.
  • Customer Profiles: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles to inform sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Reports and Forecasts: Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management to track performance and make informed decisions.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: University graduate or degree holder.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling IT products/services, preferably in server, storage, or cybersecurity.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

 

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
