Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a high-caliber Relationship Manager Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Client Account Management: Reviewing Citigold customer needs and asset allocation, proactively engaging with customers to validate their understanding of their needs.
- Advising Citigold customers to enrich relationships by mobilizing additional funds and selling other fee-based products/services based on current and future customer needs.
- Reviewing product penetration for the assigned client base, identifying potential Citigold customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
- Ensuring coverage of all relationships through customer engagements, risk profiling, and financial planning.
- Organizing Citigold customer events to enhance customer bonding.
- Acquiring new Citigold customers through converting referral leads.
You will be expected to:
- Ensure that KYC/AML and other compliance norms are strictly adhered to.
- Fulfilling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and will be measured by specific metrics.
- Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years relevant experience.
- Ability to manage relationships both internal and external; ability to multi-task.
- Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products, i.e., HKSI Paper 1, 7 & 8 and IIQE 1, 2, 3 & 5.
As a Relationship Manager Specialist at Citi, you will enjoy a competitive salary ranging from $HK$600,000 - HK$900,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
