Informa Markets in Asia is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Overseas Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the China region and coordinating trade shows globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the China region and internationally.
  • Trade show coordination: Oversee the organization and execution of Food Ingredients Global shows and Vitafoods Europe.
  • Customer services and data collection: Provide excellent customer service and collect sales data for all assigned trade shows.
  • Revenue generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate revenue through booth sales, digital sales, sponsorship/advertisement, and fully integrated packages for both new and existing customers.
Requirements
  • University Bachelor's Degree from any discipline.
  • 1-2 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Digital-savvy, open-minded with strong resilience.
  • Experience in managing relationships with international customers across various regions and cultures.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and proactively handle and respond to customer objections.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high level of enthusiasm.
  • MS Office & Salesforce CRM experience desirable.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Ongoing travel may be required.
