Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth, increase brand awareness, and promote our products and services to our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Hex Trust, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and drive marketing campaigns that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing.
  • Identify and oversee successful panels and side events at leading industry conferences.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure the highest return on investment.
  • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, influence, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
