Job Title: Global Marketing Manager

The Global Marketing Manager will lead the marketing vision, strategy, and development for PSI CRO, championing the brand through digital, traditional, and experiential efforts. They will connect sales efforts with digital intelligence, bolster patient enrollment with cutting-edge technologies, collaborate on employment branding, and direct new efforts toward communicating the company's unique culture and narrative across the globe.

This dynamic role will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Marketing and be part of all Marketing elements within the department: internal, external, sales, and client-facing work. A fast-paced position, it requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to think on your feet, and a deep well of new ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee global account-based marketing and strategy
  • Work closely with Business Development on sales support initiatives
  • Manage and maintain PR contacts in industry/paid advertisements/placements
  • Help develop content marketing strategy in support of sales and marketing
  • Prioritize engagement with key audiences – HCPs, patients, prospective clients, clients
  • Ensure industry and GDPR compliance across all digital channels with web development
  • Write/create, editorial content for publications, including interviews, social media content, video, essays, email
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency among all content
  • Work closely with talent acquisition team to maintain employment branding standards
  • Develop social media strategy across channels, both for company brand and sales
  • Assist in client-facing digital initiatives, branding, and recruitment initiatives
  • Perform market research (both real-time and traditional) on a regular basis

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, PR, marketing, or related field
  • At least 4-6 years of digital management experience
  • Experience in a global or cross-regional role
  • Effective third-party vendor management experience or experience working in an agency
  • Strong writing and editing experience
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance environment a plus
  • Capable of managing multiple projects at once with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Executive presence and ability to deliver presentations in small and large groups at all organizational levels
