About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead our Hong Kong and Taiwan business. This role will be part of our APAC Leadership Team and will report directly to the BU HKTW Leadership.

Job Description
  • As a Marketing Director, you will lead and develop a strong, innovative, and collaborative Marketing Team through coaching, thought leadership, and innovation.
  • You will achieve/exceed both overall consumer sales targets and audience sales growth by elevating our brand among kids, shoppers, and adults in Hong Kong and Taiwan through delivering best-in-class consumer marketing and product commercial growth.
  • You will demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration across functions within BU Hong Kong and Taiwan as a key member of the HKTW Leadership Team to co-lead end-to-end business planning and executions.
  • You will play a critical role in APAC Marketing Value Chain to build a winning formula for the region and Hong Kong and Taiwan for the future.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and develop a strong, innovative, and collaborative Marketing Team through coaching, thought leadership, and innovation.
  2. Achieve/exceed both overall consumer sales targets and audience sales growth by elevating our brand among kids, shoppers, and adults in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  3. Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration across functions within BU Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  4. Play a critical role in APAC Marketing Value Chain to build a winning formula for the region and Hong Kong and Taiwan.
About You
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in business performance and leadership within marketing functions (preferably in Retail, FMCG or highly competitive industries).
  • You have experience in leadership, individual development, and team performance management – coaching and developing teams.
  • You have experience working internationally or with international companies/brands (highly preferred).
  • You are commercially savvy and successful in product GTM plans, driving brand/product growth through being super passionate and result-oriented to our brand and products.
  • You bring a natural growth mindset with resilience, self-motivation, and a can-do mentality to inspire your team and the BU.
  • You are a phenomenal storyteller with energy and cultural curiosity to connect our plans and insights of Hong Kong and Taiwan to our global colleagues and partners.
  • You have a strong passion and experience working across functions (sales, marketing, operations, leadership teams, regional functions, and global functions).
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • You are curious and passionate about growing and learning.
