Job Description:

The Senior Brand Marketing Strategist role at China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital media, events, and partnerships;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring effective brand positioning and messaging;
  • Conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance;
  • Managing budgets and resources to achieve marketing objectives, while maintaining cost-effectiveness;
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities, making recommendations for strategic opportunities;
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints;
  • Providing input on product development and go-to-market plans to ensure alignment with marketing goals;
  • Serving as a key liaison between marketing and other departments, facilitating communication and driving collaborative efforts;
  • Preparing and delivering presentations, reports, and proposals to stakeholders, including executives and external partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a senior role or team lead capacity;
  • Familiarity with business systems and management software;
  • Proven track record of achieving marketing goals and metrics through creative and effective campaigns;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment;
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin desirable;
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing priorities and deadlines.
