About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Strategist to join our team at AIA International Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive internal and external corporate communications strategies to enhance the company's brand/image.

As a Marketing Communications Strategist, you will collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to ensure effective communications. You will develop communications materials such as press releases, interview briefing documents, Q&As, and social media content. Additionally, you will assist your supervisor in handling media enquiries, crises, and issues.

You will also monitor industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify external communication opportunities and issues. Your ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain a positive working demeanor will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute comprehensive internal and external corporate communications strategies to enhance the company's brand/image.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to ensure effective communications.
  • Develop communications materials such as press releases, interview briefing documents, Q&As, and social media content.
  • Assist supervisor in handling media enquiries, crisis and issues.
  • Monitor industry development, market trends and regulatory changes to identify external communication opportunities and issues.
Requirements:
  • University degree holder or above, preferably in journalism, communications, PR & marketing discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public and media relations. Experience in insurance industry is an advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, able to communicate with all levels in the organisation including Senior Management, teammate with strong sense of responsibilities, able to meet tight deadlines and positive working demeanour.

The estimated salary for this role is HKD 650,000 - HKD 850,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a rare opportunity to join a renowned insurance company and make a meaningful impact in the industry.
