Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Director at WATI will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that meet business objectives. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and use analytics to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and more.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, email marketing software).
    • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
