About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communication Director to lead our marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances our brand, raises awareness, and engages our target audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement a Marketing Strategy: Create a tailored marketing approach that aligns with our company goals and objectives.
  • Manage Content Creation: Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blog posts, social media updates, press releases, and marketing collateral.
  • Social Media Management: Ensure a cohesive and engaging presence across all social media platforms.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute impactful experiential marketing events and campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our creative, account, and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with overall goals.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Counsel: Provide guidance to our leadership team on brand positioning, reputation management, and communication best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; master's degree or industry certifications are a plus.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in senior marketing communication or public relations role, preferably within a creative agency or professional services environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask.
  • Proficient in using various social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Keen understanding of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the marketing communication landscape.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
