Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Senior Brand Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury retail marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

The Senior Brand Marketing Director will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to launch new products and marketing initiatives;
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats;
  • Managing budgets and ensuring effective use of resources;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing channels.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills. They will have a deep understanding of the beauty retail industry and be able to develop innovative marketing solutions that drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position;
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business administration;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams;
  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving business growth;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insightful recommendations;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
