Job Description
The Guest Relations Officer plays a vital role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests. This includes greeting guests upon arrival and departure, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and providing assistance at the club floor counter and lounge. Additionally, the officer will handle guest queries efficiently, ensuring accurate information is provided in a friendly and courteous manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist guests at the club floor counter and lounge, offering personalized support and meeting their needs.

Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience in hotel operations, preferably in the Front Office or Guest Relations department.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
