Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
  • Administering meeting and conference room bookings
  • Distributing internal and external mail and coordinating with courier companies

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A diploma or higher diploma in any discipline with at least 1 year's relevant experience in administration or a similar role is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
