Sales Development Manager, Building Solutions

This role is based in Hong Kong and reports to the Sales Team for ELV solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities across various sectors, including property developers, end-users, E&M consultants, and facilities management companies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue from existing and new customers;
- Bid on and win major projects through effective relationship-building and presentations;
- Work closely with the services operation team, digitalization team, and regional services team to drive growth in services and maintenance business;
- Create cross-selling opportunities to meet customer expectations;
- At least 4 years of sales experience in building solutions (BMS, Energy, ELV);
- Digitalization solution experience is an advantage;
- Customer account management experience is also preferred;
- Good oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior executives;
- Customer focus and follow-up activities oriented;
- Excellent command of English and Chinese languages;
- Connections with property developers, property management, and facilities operations are preferred;
- Positive, proactive attitude, and independent work style;
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets;
- Experience in facilities, energy savings, and smart city development is preferred;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
The estimated salary for this position is around HKD 60,000 - HKD 100,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
