High-Tech Building Services Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales professional to lead our Building Services team in Hong Kong & Macau. As a Service Sales Manager, Building Services, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising sales activities, ensuring the achievement of yearly sales targets, and guaranteeing that design specifications align with project scope and local authority requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to secure Service contracts for the BMS/HVAC market in Hong Kong and Macau;
- Develop innovative BMS/HVAC base and energy improvement solutions to support clients and consultants on building systems;
- Drive annual sales growth in line with company objectives, evaluate tender estimates, and implement cost-effective strategies to fulfill contractual obligations;
- Liaise with sales personnel to optimize contract execution and material ordering timelines;
- Lead and supervise the Service sales team, overseeing overall planning, sales activities, tendering, negotiation processes, marketing, and promotional functions;
- Evaluate and ensure the quality of work meets customer satisfaction standards, achieving satisfactory productivity, efficiency, and results levels;
- Maintain proactive relationships with customers, attend meetings, and follow up on customer requirements;
In return, we offer a competitive salary package of approximately HKD 650,000 - 850,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
We look for candidates with:
- A degree holder or equivalent;
- Minimum 8 years' sales experience;
- At least 3 years of BMS/HVAC-related sales experience;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
- Influencing and negotiation skills, plus excellent interpersonal skills at all levels;
- Ability to work independently, strategically, and under pressure.
Possession of Mechanical, Building Services, or Electrical Engineering-related academic background is preferred, as well as experience in BMS/HVAC service sales and execution, familiarity with Salesforce.com, and ability to drive business growth.
