About the Role

This position is a key contributor to the Sales Team in ELV, Hong Kong, focusing on developing new sales opportunities through ELV Solutions market from various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sales opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationships.
  • Upgrade and expand business scope from existing operation and maintenance services customers.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Coordinate with services operation team, digitalization, and region services team to support growth of services and maintenance business through digitalization.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' sales experience in Building Solution (BMS, Energy, ELV).
  • Experience in digitalization solution will be an advantage.
  • Experiences in customer account management will be an advantage.
  • Experiences in building and maintenance services is preferred.
  • Good oral, written, and presentation skills with ability to present to senior executives.
  • Customer focus and follow-up activities oriented.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
