Classy Wheeler Limited is a leading regional IT services and solutions provider. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales quotas by identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through the solutions and services provided.

To achieve this, the candidate will participate in the development of IT solutions to address customers' business needs with value propositions to close sales. They will also develop, manage, and maintain strong account relationships with customers, working cross-organizationally to coordinate pre-sales, professional services, and support resources to drive successful solutions for customers.

This role requires a high level of expertise in IT services or solutions selling, with at least 10 years' experience in the area of system integration that includes application development, infrastructure, network integration, security solution & hosting services, and IT systems integration. Experience in bidding for medium to large projects in the government sector is preferable.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to generate new business opportunities. They must have excellent deal-making, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in proposing IT/SI solutions. Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
