At Oracle, we're shaping the digital revolution by empowering businesses to thrive in the cloud. As a Cloud Sales Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our clients with the tools they need to succeed.

We're looking for someone who can drive sales growth and maintain strong customer relationships by developing and executing tailored strategies that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Oracle Cloud Platform (PaaS & IaaS) and Cloud Database, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing ones.
  • Built a robust pipeline of qualified prospects and close business deals through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Manage sales performance through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy planning, contract negotiation, and post-closure customer support.
  • Adapt and revise sales strategies to address continuously evolving customer needs and preferences.
  • Formulate a clear business plan to drive goal attainment in assigned territories.
  • Cultivate trusted advisor relationships at C-level, providing Oracle's capabilities as a business solution.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record in selling IT software, technology, or cloud solutions.
  • Ability to interact with C-level stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
  • Innovative and results-driven approach with agility to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with prospects and customers.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, along with good presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a technical discipline is preferred.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum
