Enterprise Account Strategist

HCLSoftware is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and establish strategic partnerships with key accounts. As a Sales Executive, you will develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
This role requires a high-energy sales professional with a passion for technology and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including economic buyers, CXOs, procurement, and renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Act as the overall owner of the customer relationship.
Solution Selling & Proposal Development:
- Gain a deep understanding of HCLSoftware's cybersecurity, martech, and data solutions portfolios.
- Develop compelling solution proposals that address customer needs and demonstrate the value proposition of HCLSoftware's offerings.
- Participate in the development and delivery of persuasive sales presentations.
- Effectively negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure profitable deals.
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record as a top performer in a sales role.
- Exposure to the public sector, understanding its unique dynamics and requirements.
- Experience of using sales opportunity qualification tools such as MEDDPICCR.
