Job Overview

Sirius Partners is a premier executive talent acquisition firm serving Asia's leading financial institutions. We seek a Business Development Manager to strengthen client relationships and drive growth in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with HR representatives to update job requirements and maintain strong enterprise partnerships.
  • Conduct customer expansion and maintenance work, focusing on target enterprises.
  • Maintain industry knowledge, understand talent needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve performance indicators and contribute to company success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with flexibility for associate degree candidates.
  • At least 5 years of To B sales experience or human resources industry sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the IT & Tech industry.
  • Outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, and customer service awareness.
  • Possess resilience, responsibility, and teamwork spirit.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
