Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, including data entry, record maintenance, and other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities- Support Business Processes: Assist with pre-employment, on/off boarding, and changes during employment cycle.
- Data Management: Enter data into HR Information System and maintain accurate records.
- Enquiries: Handle inquiries from potential candidates/employees.
- Administrative Support: Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the team.
- Ad Hoc Assignments: Assist with ad hoc assignments as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree Holder: Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations preferred.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of employment-related ordinances and regulations.
- Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT Skills: Well-versed in data processing of HR Information System and proficient in MS Applications.
