Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration, including office facilities, and provide administrative support.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Assist in reviewing, developing, and executing policies, programs, and procedures regarding office administration.
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems or processes.
- Support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions, including maintaining and updating employee information on a timely basis and new hire onboarding.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating operations and activities related to HR operations, functions, and events including meetings and employee activities.
- Assist with coordinating yearly processes including external contract rollovers, renewals, and maintenance.
Required Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in business administration or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2+ years of office administration experience.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Self-driven with a positive attitude and professional manner.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent MS Office skills; strong social media application skills are an asset.
