Human Resources Administrative Assistant (1 year Agency Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administration, including office facilities, and provide administrative support.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Assist in reviewing, developing, and executing policies, programs, and procedures regarding office administration.
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems or processes.
  • Support the hiring process and maintain all HR functions, including maintaining and updating employee information on a timely basis and new hire onboarding.
  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating operations and activities related to HR operations, functions, and events including meetings and employee activities.
  • Assist with coordinating yearly processes including external contract rollovers, renewals, and maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

  • A degree or diploma in business administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of office administration experience.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Self-driven with a positive attitude and professional manner.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills; strong social media application skills are an asset.
