- Process payroll, manage employee data, and handle various administrative tasks.
- Oversee claims, compensation insurance, and labor disputes, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage accounting functions, including cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial statements, conduct audits, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Key Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Proven track record in HR and finance roles, with expertise in administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations, including the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of maturity and self-motivation.
