HR Manager for Administration Support

We are seeking a highly skilled HR & Accounting Manager to join our team at Sunny Precision Co., Ltd.
This role will involve providing comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, attendance management, leave administration, and employment contract preparation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll calculation, MPF administration, taxation matters, and employment contract preparation. They will also be responsible for day-to-day accounting duties, cash management, payment processing, and following up on outstanding invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum HR support, including recruitment, attendance record, and leave management
- Handle HR administration duties, including payroll calculation, MPF administration, taxation matters, and employment contract preparation
- Assist in handling claims, employees' compensation insurance administration, and labor disputes
- Responsible for day-to-day accounting duties, including cash management, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding invoices
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, with a priority given to those with work management and practical experience in all areas of administration and human resources
- Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance or other employment-related legislations
