We are seeking a Business Administrator and HR Coordinator to join our team at ConnectedGroup. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to senior management, assist in HR and operational duties, and ensure seamless business operations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing administrative support to senior management.
- Assisting in HR and operational duties and projects.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and events.
- Maintaining and managing office filing systems.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects as assigned.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a professional administrative supporting role.
- Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
