- Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, support grievance resolution, and promote engagement initiatives.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee records, prepare HR documents, and assist with payroll processing.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations, supporting audits and HR reporting.
- Training & Development: Coordinate training programs, track employee progress, and support learning initiatives.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
- HR Projects: Support diversity, inclusion, policy updates, and employee wellness initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
You will possess knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements, as well as proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential.
