Administrative and HR Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR & administration supports, including recruitment, attendance record, leave management, and employment contract preparation.
- Handle HR administration duties, including payroll calculation, MPF administration, taxation matters, and day-to-day accounting duties.
- Responsible for cash management, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding invoices.
- Maintain a proper filing system and ensure all records are in order.
- Support ad hoc projects as necessary.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance or other employment-related legislations.
- Mature, self-motivated, independent, with strong analytical skills, flexible, and detail-minded.
