Assistant HR Manager - Salary Administration

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an Assistant HR Manager - Salary Administration, focusing on developing and implementing effective salary administration strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement salary structures, compensation packages, and benefit programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on payroll-related matters, ensuring prompt resolution of queries and issues.
  • Conduct regular reviews of salary administration processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to source high-quality HR services and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in salary administration, preferably in a sizeable company or banking industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and software, such as Peoplesoft, is an advantage.
