Key Responsibilities
  • HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR processes, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment, payroll, MPF, taxation, and compensation & benefits.
  • Policy Development: Contribute to reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies and standard operating procedures, promoting compliance and best practices.
  • Document and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, filing systems, and HR-related databases, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Employee Relations: Foster strong working relationships with staff at all levels, providing responsive and high-quality HR support to promote a positive work environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare insightful HR reports for management review, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Administrative Oversight: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage office operations, including maintenance, telecom systems, insurance, and equipment support.
  • License and Certificate Support: Ensure timely renewal of company licenses and certificates, as well as maintenance of company vehicles and fuel cards.
  • Workplace Culture: Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and employee relations activities, enhancing overall job satisfaction.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in handling various ad-hoc duties, including English and Chinese correspondences, emails, memos, letters, presentation materials, minutes, and reports.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Language, Translation, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in all-round HR duties, with a proven track record of success.
  • Legal Knowledge: Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and labor laws, ensuring compliance and expertise in HR matters.
  • Payroll Expertise: Solid experience in payroll administration, including processing, reporting, and compliance.
  • Personal Qualities: Well-organized, positive, and highly adaptable individual with a customer-oriented mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Communication Skills: Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English, ensuring effective communication across languages and cultures.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office applications and other online tools such as Google Drive, Zoom, Teamviewer, supporting productivity and efficiency.
